We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, you have 7 days from the date of delivery to return the item for a full refund.

Return Conditions

- The item must be returned in its original, unused condition with all tags and packaging intact.
- Customers will be responsible for return shipping costs, except in the case that the item is damaged, defective, or we sent you the incorrect item.

Refund Process

- Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it and process your refund to the original payment method.
- Refunds will be issued within 5-7 business days after the return is processed.

Exceptions:
- If the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will cover the return shipping costs and issue a full refund once we’ve received the returned item.
